Husk playfully explores the agricultural and horticultural histories of New York in the form of accessible public gardens, seed saving, and other interventions. We design gardens with historic and site specific significance that aim to engage the public who live and work in the area.
New ideas for projects come to us like bears to honey. From the serious, like our Gownaus Canal project Sweep to the silly, like our alternative to contaminated harbor oysters the Soyster, and something in between like our proposal for a TUB Park: The Utopian Bath.
We welcome you to explore our site. This is where we put our ideas out there for all to consider.
